Mark Levey - Chief Technical Officer

Mark Levey is the Chief Technology Officer of Positioning Universal. Mr. Levey is an Internet and wireless technology veteran with over 20 years of experience commercializing software based products and services. Mr. Levey was the prime technology and software architect for Spireon (formerly ProconGPS), which is one of the leading GPS fleet tracking and logistics services worldwide. He was also responsible for embedded and systems software, in leadership and development roles, for Nokia, Novatel Wireless, Zucotto Wireless and other companies

Greg Gower - Chief Operations Officer

Greg is a recognized Industry Leader from CalAmp with 20+ years of telecom experience. He was formerly the GM for CalAmp's M2M business and departed to assist in starting/growing a viable competitor. Before that, he was a key figure at Wavecom and Motorola with responsibilities in various arenas of the businesses, such as Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Techincal Operations. Greg has an Engineering Masters Degree (Electrical and Electronic) and has been a vendor/partner to the PUI Founding Team for over 10 years.

Cliff Flowers - Chief Financial Officer

Cliff joined Positioning Universal in January 2020 after over 30 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.  Most recently he was CFO of Patriot Scientific Corporation with broad responsibilities for all financial and administrative affairs.  Cliff’s experience spans a myriad of both public and private companies, all with a technology focus, from enterprise software and SAAS to technology licensing.  Prior to his CFO roles, Cliff was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse.  Cliff holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from San Diego State University, where he graduated summa cum laude prior to the discovery of fire.

Mark  is a wireless industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the development and marketing of wireless products, semiconductors, and wireless services. Mark co-founded DriveOK, later merged with Procon (now Spireon), and led the company in its exceptional growth. Prior to Procon, as co-founder and CEO of Zucotto Wireless, Mark raised over $60M in venture capital to develop wireless semiconductors, gaining such customers as Panasonic, Nokia, and Alcatel. Mark held marketing responsibilities with Nokia Mobile Phones, managing $10B in mobile phone products and served as Vice-President/General Manager at wireless semiconductor company, DSP Communications until it sold to Intel for $1.6B.

Wade Huber - VP of Sales

As VP of Sales, Wade Huber brings over 20 years of Sales Management experience to the team.  While responsible for the execution of our global growth strategy, Wade takes a customer centric approach to developing strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships.   Prior to joining Positioning Universal, Wade successfully generated outstanding revenue growth in the IOT industry at both, Cinterion Wireless Modules (formerly Siemens Wireless modules) and CalAmp.

Darlene Fenn - Chief Recruiting Officer 

Darlene has an extensive background of helping grow small to mid-sized companies through various HR and administrative management roles. She’s a natural connector and leader who is passionate about continuous learning in both herself and others. She holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and organizational development, and takes great pleasure in helping others develop and grow to be the best version of themselves. She has an unwavering drive to succeed, the ability to understand the talent needs of the company, and an ability to find that talent in people, both in and outside the company, all while positively impacting the employees and the company’s mission. She is active in her community, has held several chairperson roles for various non-profits, and strives to be an encourager and multiplier leader who believes in people before process, in the home, in the community and at work
